The plugin provides adding messages in Open interface.

Make sure the plugin is enabled and append to the configuration:

In open interface for opened processes click Add button to send a feedback message.

Enter subject, your Email and message text in the opened editor. The message will be saved as an Email and will be available in process Messages tab for processing.
