public class UserImportPendingAction extends BaseAction
User-facing action for viewing and confirming pending stock balance imports from 1C. Anyone who works with the store — its owner, a StoreAccess grant, or a "кладовщик" edit_group_id membership — sees and confirms its pending items here. This is the working tier (StoreAccessService.workStoreIds(Connection, DynActionForm, String), option stores of the node), not the managing one, on purpose: the proposals come from 1C, which is the master of the stock, and posting one is the installer confirming what reached them — not a change of the store the way a CSV "replace" or a correction is.

      Posts one proposal. A refusal is thrown — the unit that cannot come or leave is named with the reason — and nothing of it stays.

      Rejects the proposals of the same narrowing "Post all" works on — a store and a position, or everything the screen currently shows. Rejecting by hand, row after row, was the only way, and a write-off made without 1C brings its positions back at every import until 1C itself lets go of them: a few dozen rows every cycle is a job of its own. It takes exactly what is on the screen and nothing beyond it, and the screen asks first — rejecting too much is worse than accepting too much, because what was rejected comes back silently and what was accepted shows up in the balance.
