Unlike StoreAction.restore(DynActionForm, ConnectionSet), this one a кладовщик can actually use: the check reads the unit's row directly, and a deleted unit still names the store it stood on. The accessible set of stores, on the other hand, is built from live rows only, so a deleted store falls out of it and only an admin-tier user can bring it back. The difference is in what is being restored — a unit on a store one still holds, versus the store itself.
